·YW-P系列鼓式制動(dòng)器，廣泛用于起重、運(yùn)輸、冶金、礦山、港口、碼頭、建筑機(jī)械等機(jī)械驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置的減速和停車(chē)制動(dòng)。

符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn) Standards Compliant

·YW-P系列制動(dòng)器的安裝尺寸符合DIN15435和JB/T7021-2006標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

YW-P-A安裝尺寸符合GB6333-1986。技術(shù)要求符合JB/T6406-2006標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

·主要擺動(dòng)鉸點(diǎn)均設(shè)有自潤(rùn)滑軸承，傳動(dòng)效率高，壽命長(zhǎng)，在使用中無(wú)需潤(rùn)滑。

·聯(lián)鎖式退距均等裝置，在使用過(guò)程中始終保持兩側(cè)瓦塊退距均等,避免因退距不均使一側(cè)制動(dòng)襯墊浮貼制動(dòng)輪的現(xiàn)象。

·無(wú)石棉制動(dòng)襯墊與制動(dòng)瓦塊采用卡裝插入式。安全可靠，更換方便、快捷。

·Safe and reliable performance,smooth braking, high frequency of action.

·The main swing hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearings, which have hightransmission efficiency, long service life and no lubrication during use.

·Interlocking shoe clearance balancing device and shoe auto-aligning device constantlyequalize the clearance of brake shoes on both sides and make adjustment unnecessary,completely avoiding brake lining one side sticking to brake wheel.

·Brake lining is of card-mounted and entirely-shaped structure, which is easy and quick toreplace.

·環(huán)境溫度:-20℃ ~+50℃

·周?chē)ぷ鳝h(huán)境中不得有易燃、易爆及腐蝕性氣體，否則應(yīng)采用防腐型產(chǎn)品。

·相對(duì)濕度:空氣相對(duì)濕度不大于90%

·使用地點(diǎn)的海拔高度符合GB755-2019

·有特殊要求時(shí)，在訂貨時(shí)協(xié)商確定。

OPERATING CONDITION

·Ambient temperature: -20℃~+50℃

·Flammable, explosive and corrosive gases shall not be allowed in the surrounding workingenvironment, otherwise anti-corrosion products shall be used.

·Relative humidity: the relative humidity of the air is not more than 90%

·The altitude of the place of use conforms to GB755-2019

·Special requirements can be discussed before production.
