應(yīng)用Application

·YWZ4系列電力液壓鼓式制動(dòng)器，廣泛用于起重、運(yùn)輸、冶金、礦山、港口、碼頭、建筑機(jī)械等機(jī)械驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置的減速和停車(chē)制動(dòng)。

APPLICATION

·YWZ4 series electric hydraulic drum brake is widely used for deceleration and parking brake of 

mechanical driving devices such as lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mine, port, wharf , construction machinery and so on.

·YWZ4系列電力液壓制動(dòng)器的安裝尺寸和制動(dòng)力矩參數(shù)符合JB/ZQ4388-2006標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。技術(shù)要求符合JB/T6406-2006標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

STANDARDS COMPLIANT

·The dimensions and braking torque parameters of YWZ4 series brakes comply with JB/ZQ4388-2006standard, technology requirements comply with JB/T6406-2006 standard.

主要特點(diǎn)Main Feature

·性能安全可靠，制動(dòng)平穩(wěn),動(dòng)作頻率高。

·主要擺動(dòng)鉸點(diǎn)均設(shè)有自潤(rùn)滑軸承，傳動(dòng)效率高，壽命長(zhǎng)，使用過(guò)程中無(wú)需潤(rùn)滑。

·常閉式設(shè)計(jì),(斷電）彈簧制動(dòng)，（通電）推動(dòng)器釋放。

·制動(dòng)襯墊為卡裝式整體成型結(jié)構(gòu)，安全可靠，更換方便、快捷。

注:YWZ4(YT1)制動(dòng)器出廠(chǎng)時(shí)配備鉚接式制動(dòng)瓦，如需更換請(qǐng)注明。

MAIN FEATURE

·Safe and reliable performance,smooth braking, high action frequency.

·Main hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearing，making higth efficiency of transmission,long service life. Lubricating is unnecessary during operation.

·Normally closed design，( power off ) spring brake，(power on ) thruster release.

·The brake pad is a card mounted integral forming structure, which is safe and reliable, and it is convenient and quick to replace.

Note:YWZ4(YT1) brake is equipped with riveted brake pad when it is delivered. Please indicate if it is necessary to replace it.

使用條件Operating Condition

·環(huán)境溫度:-20℃ ~+50℃

·周?chē)ぷ鳝h(huán)境中不得有易燃、易爆及腐蝕性氣體，否則采用防爆、防腐型產(chǎn)品。

·相對(duì)濕度:空氣相對(duì)濕度不大于90%

·使用地點(diǎn)的海拔高度符合GB755-2019

·有特殊要求時(shí)，在訂貨時(shí)協(xié)商確定。

OPERATING CONDITION

·Ambient temperature:-20℃~+50℃

·Flammable,explosive and corrosive gases are not allowed in the surrounding working environment,otherwise explosion-proof and anti-corrosion products are used.

·Relative humidity: the relative humidity of the air is not more than 90%

·The altitude of the place of use conforms to GB755-2019

·Special requirements can be discussed before production.

安裝型式Installation Type

·制動(dòng)襯墊的安裝型式有兩種:鉚接式和插入式

There are two types of brake pad installation: riveting type and plug-in type.
