·YWZ8系列電力液壓鼓式制動器，廣泛用于起重、運輸、冶金、礦山、港口、碼頭、建筑機(jī)械等機(jī)械驅(qū)動裝置的減速和停車制動。

·YWZ8系列電力液壓制動器的安裝尺寸和制動力矩參數(shù)符合JB/ZQ4388-2006標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。技術(shù)要求符合JB/T6406-2006標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

主要特點Main Feature

·性能安全可靠，制動平穩(wěn),動作頻率高。

·主要擺動鉸點均設(shè)有自潤滑軸承，傳動效率高，壽命長，使用過程中無需潤滑。

·聯(lián)鎖式退距均等裝置，在使用中始終保持兩側(cè)瓦塊退距均等，避免因退距不均使一側(cè)制動襯墊浮貼制動輪的現(xiàn)象。

·無石棉制動襯墊與制動瓦塊采用卡裝插入式。安全可靠，更換方便、快捷。

MAIN FEATURE

·Safe and reliable performance, smooth braking, high action frequency.

·Main hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearing, making high efficiency of transmission,long service life. Lubricating is unnecessary during operation.

·Interlocking shoe clearance balancing device and shoe auto-aligning device constantly equalize the clearance of brake shoes on both sides and make adjustmentunnecessary,completely avoiding brake lining one side sticking to brake wheel.

·The non asbestos brake pad and the brake pad adopt the clamping plug-in type. It is safe and reliable,convenient and quick to replace.

·環(huán)境溫度:-20℃~+50℃

·周圍工作環(huán)境中不得有易燃、易爆及腐蝕性氣體，否則應(yīng)采用防腐型產(chǎn)品。

·相對濕度:空氣相對濕度不大于90%

·使用地點的海拔高度符合GB755-2019

OPERATING CONDITION

·Ambient temperature: -20℃~+50℃

·There shall be no inflammable or explosive gas in the surrounding working environment.

·Relative humidity: the relative humidity of the air is not more than 90%.

·The altitude of the place of use conforms to GB755-2019
