·JZ系列節(jié)能電磁鐵鼓式制動(dòng)器,廣泛用于起重、運(yùn)輸、冶金、礦山、港口、碼頭、建筑機(jī)械等機(jī)械驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置的減速和停車(chē)制動(dòng)。
·JZ系列節(jié)能電磁鐵鼓式制動(dòng)器的安裝尺寸符合DIN15435和JB/ZQ4388-2006標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。技術(shù)要求符合JB/T7685-2006標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
APPLICATION
·JZ series energy-saving electromagnet drum brake is widely used for deceleration and parking brakingof mechanical driving devicesisuch as lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, port, wharf, constructionmachinery, etc.
·The installation dimensions of JZseries energy-saving electromagnet drum brake conform to DIN15435and JB/ZQ4388-2006 standards.
The technical requirements conform to JB/T7685-2006 standard.

·環(huán)境溫度:-25℃~+40℃
·電源電壓:交流AC380v、50Hz
·相對(duì)濕度:使用地點(diǎn)空氣相對(duì)濕度不大于90%
·使用地點(diǎn)的海拔高度不超過(guò)2000m
·制動(dòng)器周?chē)h(huán)境中,不得有易燃、易爆及足以腐蝕金屬和破壞絕緣的氣體和導(dǎo)電塵埃。
·戶外雨雪侵蝕或有腐蝕性氣體和介質(zhì),應(yīng)采用防腐型產(chǎn)品。
·有特殊要求時(shí),在訂貨時(shí)協(xié)商確定。

·Ambient temperature: -25℃~+40℃
·Voltages: AC380V,5OHz
·Relative humidity: the relative humidity of the air is not more than 90%
·The altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m
·There shall be no inflammable,explosive gas and conductive dust that can corrodemetal and destroy insulation in the environment around the brake.
·Outdoor rain and snow.erosion or corrosive gases and media,should use.anti-corrosion products.
·Special requirements can be discussed before production.
主要特點(diǎn) Main Feature
·制動(dòng)器出廠時(shí)配備鉚接式制動(dòng)瓦,如需更換卡裝式整體成型結(jié)構(gòu),訂貨時(shí)請(qǐng)注明。
·主要擺動(dòng)鉸點(diǎn)均設(shè)有自潤(rùn)滑軸承,傳動(dòng)效率高,壽命長(zhǎng),使用中無(wú)需潤(rùn)滑。
·常閉式設(shè)計(jì),(斷電)彈簧制動(dòng),(通電)電磁釋放。
MAIN FEATURE
·Our brake is equipped with riveted brake pad, please tell us if you require clamped integral forming structurewhen booking order.
·Main hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearing, making high efficiency of transmission, longser vice life. Lubricating is unnecessary during operation.
·Brake closes in case of power failure(Fail-Safe Principle). Braking by spring power.Electromagnetic release.
